Hotel seating, from lobby to guest room.
A hotel schedule asks one supplier to cover four different rooms: all-day dining, lobby and lounge, the bar, and the guest room. LIVSeating covers the full schedule from one factory in Portugal, so the FF&E package arrives with one design language, one lead time and one point of responsibility.

Built for occupancy, not the showroom
Hotel seating fails in ways domestic furniture never sees: frames loosened by daily repositioning, upholstery cleaned weekly with commercial chemistry, finishes worn by luggage and trolleys. Every LIVSeating frame is built from PEFC-certified solid beech or powder-coated steel, upholstered over combustion-modified high-resilience foam, and specified for exactly this duty cycle. Fabric fire compliance is matched to the project — BS 5852, EN 1021 or CAL 117 documentation on request.

One factory, one FF&E package
Because wood, metal and upholstery are worked under one roof in Aveiro, a hotel project stays with one team from first sample to final delivery. Customer's own material is accepted on every upholstered model, volume pricing starts at thirteen units, and quotes against a room schedule return within one working day. Four-week lead times hold because there is no inter-supplier queue.
How supply works — lead times, quoting, making, shipping — lives on the contract supply page; the detail is in the specifier FAQ.
- Can you match seating across dining, lobby, bar and guest rooms?
- Yes. Families like Milo run from side chair to counter and bar stool to lounge, so the same design language carries through every space; where a schedule mixes families, shared timber finishes and fabrics keep the package coherent.
- Do you work with hotel FF&E procurement and operators directly?
- Both. We quote against designer schedules and buy direct from operators; either way the quote returns within one working day and a sample unit ships at 25 percent off before the order is confirmed.
- What fire standards do you meet?
- CMHR foam is standard across the seating. Fabric compliance is matched to the project specification — BS 5852 (UK), EN 1021 (EU) or CAL 117 (US) — with documentation supplied.
