Everything you need to specify, before you call.
Most seating suppliers make specifiers phone for basics. LIVSeating publishes them: full dimensions for every seat height, frame and finish options per family, downloadable 3D models, and a 3D configurator that renders any fabric on any piece. The physical swatch case ships in two days, and when the schedule is ready, the quote returns in one.

Documentation that respects your time
Every model publishes seat height, overall dimensions, weights and packaging per part. Frames come in stained PEFC beech or RAL powder-coated steel; upholstery runs six contract fabric families with 120+ colours, or customer's own material on any piece. Fire documentation — BS 5852, EN 1021, CAL 117 — is supplied to match the project's jurisdiction. CAD and 3D model files are issued on request against the named project.

Sampling without friction
The swatch case — every fabric family, wood stain and metal finish in the range — ships within two working days, free for verified specifiers. Sample units of any chair carry an additional 25 percent discount so a client presentation can include the real object. Because we manufacture everything in one factory in Aveiro, a specification change after sampling is a conversation with one team, not a re-quote across three suppliers.
How supply works — lead times, quoting, making, shipping — lives on the contract supply page; the detail is in the specifier FAQ.
- Do you protect specified projects?
- Yes — quotes are issued against the named project, and files (price list, CAD, 3D models) are licensed to it. We do not shop a designer's specification to their client's procurement.
- How fast can we get physical samples?
- The swatch case dispatches within two working days (Europe 3–5 days, rest of world 5–10). Sample chairs ship on the standard four-week lead time at 25 percent off.
- What makes your lead time hold?
- Wood, metal and upholstery are worked under one roof — there is no inter-supplier queue to slip. Four weeks ex-works is written into the quote.
