The failure modes are specific
Restaurant chairs are dragged rather than lifted, tilted back on two legs, stacked against a wall at close, and wiped down nightly with commercial chemistry. That duty cycle finds weak joinery within a season. Frames here are solid PEFC-certified beech or powder-coated steel with reinforced joints, seats are built over CMHR fire-retardant foam as standard, and fabrics are specified to rub counts that suit hospitality use rather than domestic.

Spacing, stacking and the things that decide a floor plan
Cover count depends on footprint, so every model publishes its full dimensions, seat height and weight before you ask, and where a chair stacks, that is stated too. Counter and bar heights exist as variants of the same families as the dining chairs, so a room can be laid out across three seat heights without mixing suppliers or explaining why the bar looks like a different restaurant.

One chair or the whole room
There is no minimum order: an independent opening one site buys on the same trade terms as a group rolling out twenty, and volume pricing starts at thirteen units. Sample units carry a further 25 percent discount, which is how most operators test a chair against their own tables before committing. Four weeks ex-works after written confirmation, whatever the quantity.
- What makes a chair suitable for a restaurant rather than a home?
- Construction rated for the duty cycle: reinforced joinery, solid beech or steel frames, CMHR fire-retardant foam and fabrics rated for commercial rub counts. Fire documentation (BS 5852, EN 1021 or CAL 117) is supplied to match the project's jurisdiction.
- Can dining chairs, counter stools and bar stools match?
- Yes. Families such as Cleo, Juno and Nova run side chair, counter stool and bar stool from one design, sharing frame finishes and fabrics, so the dining floor and the bar read as one room.
- How many chairs do we have to order?
- As few as one. Volume pricing begins at thirteen units, and a sample unit carries an additional 25 percent discount so trying a chair on your own floor is cheap.
- Can we specify our own upholstery?
- Yes. Customer's own material is accepted on every upholstered model, or choose from six in-house contract fabric families with more than 120 colours. Material samples are available after project review.
